TLDR

Lots of infrastructure.
Couple of techs finish
Battleships Ise and Hyuga laid down.
Three Kitakami class cruisers, twelve destroyers, and two colonial gunboats laid down. 
Two new guns a 5/50 QF twin and a 25.4/75 twin automatic cannon
