This is the turn that I concluded y'all were right and I should not have laid down 4 dreadnaughts at once.
Two at a time would be more reasonable.
While on paper having ~8-10 BP Spare each round is plenty, it seems not enough in practice.
I've noted others have started building BP,
I think I'll be starting that path next HY.

Continues/Finishes a number of twin mounts- allowing reconstructions to begin in the future.

Continues 4 battlewagons, 2 cruisers, 4 Patrol sloops
Completes 4 destroyers, 2 MSW, 16 MTBs, 4 patrol sloops
Continues work on 4 drydocks in the territories.
Builds an air point
Build sentry towers along the Ria de Janerio coastline.
