Got stuck on future gun sizes...think I had covered everything else.

So, I've figured out a 255L47 with 1910 tech firing a 1915 +10% shell at 824mps is what I want.
So I'll start that.

Note : on the above spreadsheet, I put the $5 for balikpapan and Tarakan in the "building/complete" spot, not the investment spot.
The budget doesn't work if they are in the right spot, so I guess I didn't start doing anything there
