New naval construction includes a battlecruiser, two light cruisers, and four torpedo-boats.  Plus I think I budgeted for one of those armored minesweepers.

Most spare cash going to the canal projects (Kiel is finished this turn) and a new BP.

Finished a couple of techs and have started researching a 400mm/45 cal weapon for future capital ship needs.  My test-bed monitor should be highly amusing.

Just a quick clarification that I am retaining the 1905-vintage turbine machinery from the Lippe class cruisers as they are refurbished, and will be using them for...I dunno.  But the option will be there.

Another clarification:  Byzantium's sending $6 and 6 BP to the Union this turn, but I'm not going to revise the spreadsheet or use the resources in 1/16.  It will show up in the Union 2/16 report and be used then (and afterward).
