Payments TO Rome and FROM Japan.
Took Credit for the $ from scrapping I had previously forgot.

Continued territorial improvements.

Research finished on Mines and Torpedoes, guns and engine research kicks off.

Finishing 4 Seahawk and 4 Panagajan Destroyers
Finishing the last 2/8 Maelstrom Cruisers
Refurbishing the 2nd Six Armored Frigates.  Marginal cost for a niche vessel.

Continuing 4 destroyers, 2 cruisers and a Fleet support vessel
Laying down two Melnibonean Battleships Stormbringer and Mournblade. 
In the final analysis I decided to go with the intermediate speed but fully armored option.
Another 2 MSW and 16 MTBs.

The two Mus-Sag conversions  to Experimental Carriers is delayed as Snip and I are *almost* done with the rules. Variant of Rocky's write up.
The fact that section hadn't been updated had been missed. Anyhow, I'll have to tweak the sim just slightly before I can build it.

The Nuka Hava and Funatafi projects move to 2/3 complete.

As they have for the past year, the Parthians continue raising troops.
