I haz dreadnoughts! Kawachis have finished so the Fusos get laid down together with the Furutakas (CLs) and Surabaya (GB).

Edit: A couple of minor notes. The Tsukuba class BCs have been reclassified as battleships and the Takasago class PCs have been transferred over to the Army.
