Fort Points are assigned Regions. So that applies to ALL of Madagascar.
Unless it was supposed to be coastal...then it applies to all the coastal regions of Madagascar :)

I tried using my pencil eraser on his numbers and scribbling in new ones, but it doesn't seem to work...
