TLDR:

1)  Lots of IC started, a couple completed....this finishes the 'clean up' of IC issues that Kirk had identified and the nervous tic to my OCD that having tiny fractions of IC left to build was causing.  Repairs to Caicos Infrastructure begun, noted as an additional $3 in the IC department.

2)  War Losses noted as 'additional expenditures' as it was an easy spot to drop a 1.25 loss

3)  The much anticipated cruiser lay down was postponed further, MTBs, GTBs, and DDs laid down or produced instead.  Now that the war is over, I have to get a 'mostly' new OOB sheet whipped up.

4)  Forts.  On Forts.  On Forts.  1915 will go down in history as the 'year of the turtle'.
