TLDR:

1)  1000t DD research won't be complete for this HY, so a series of 500t GrosseTorpedoBoots is constructed as they don't take up drydock space next year when new DDs are to be laid down.  (Also the War kills like all of my destroyers, so it helps).

2)  Finish some research, begin some research.  Nothing spectacular there, mostly just trying to catch up.

3)  Most investment plans are on hold, something something war........

Investments in Colonial IC is capped at $5/HY.

I see both in HY1 & 2 of 1914 you've been over that.
From the Prior investment column, it doesn't look like HY2 1913 was over.

Basically it's
Make claim, spend 6 mo capturing territory.
Then at beginning of next HY build at max $5/province year
until you get the IC.

So I'm going to ask for a revise of the HY1 1914 and HY2 1914.
