Synopsis Parthian Fleet :
10 dreadnaughts
6  battleships
4 modern ACs
8 older ACs
4 Raiding cruisers
8 protected cruisers
3 Destroyer Leading Cruisers
17 3rd rate cruisers
10 other cruisers
38  minesweepers
68 Destroyers
32 Fleet Torpedo boats
256 Motor Torpedo Boats-A
120 Steam Torpedo Boats
5 training submarines
10 Fleet support vessels.

Currently the Parthian weakness is PC-level cruisers, and more fleet destroyers. I also have few subs.
The SC-6 Maelstrom class addresses one issue. And I have a 1915 Fleet destroyer design waiting.
Despite their not being in fashion just now, I will likely lay my Baphumet DN class down, and maybe the Sealord.
the 1910 subtech is still in process, and subs will likely wait until I am 'Caught up'.

Ramblings
I've been meaning to rebuild/reconstruct some older ships for quite some time.
In 1913/1914, I had 3 HYs where I fitted new Fire Control and some light upgrades to the fleet.

I'm behind in my encyclopedia and OOB, but in HY2, 1913 the fleet was to mainly concentrate in home waters. Unwritten stories include how the fleet was concentrated at home and did exercises to explore MTB attacks, night coordination, practice against our training subs, the new FC systems, using the Asdar Class ACs as a standin for the Large Armored Cruisers various powers are fielding in wargames, etc.

Anyhow, the HY2 OOB will show considerable reassignment when I get to it.
The idea is to make pairs of Gilgamesh class centers of Atlantic/Pacific fleets, while dispersing the MTBs into large squadrons at several points. This includes the movement of the 1899 and 1904 MTBs to Aceh/Palembang areas, possibly Brunei.  There will also be the relegation of older vessels to a 'Reserve' fleet awaiting reconstruction or disposal.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
