Xiniu Class

For the Heavenly Kingdom's 1912 destroyer design, the Chinese improved on previous Parthian designed destroyers through a reduced profile and enhanced torpedo armament. 8 are to be laid down in each half of 1912, resulting in 2 full flotillas or one squadron. Named Xiniu (犀牛) which means "Rhinoceros". Like all Chinese torpedo craft, the name is the name of the class, and individual ships are referred to as "Class Numeral", for instance Rhinoceros Three is "犀牛三".
