You have problemo in page Naval Summary, line 127:
"9400BP - 640BP - 8760BP - 1314BP"

=> 0.00

That ship is getting scrapped so it should be 9400 - 640 (recovered guns) = 8760 * 0.15 = 1314 BP

Quote8760 * 0.15 = 1314 BP
1000t => 1BP
8760t => 8.76BP x 0.15 = 1.314 BP & $

Ah! Fixed

1314 BPs would have been nice to have...

Ah, where's the challenge in that?
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Coastal defense point built in Corregidor

I did not notice this earlier.

Folks keep assigning fortification points to specific areas, which makes sense.

However as part of the Abstracting of non-Naval that Snip did, Fortifications are generic to a REGION, not even a province, not any one location.

As for what it means...they do something, and I have a crude scale worked out for the Chosen Coast.  A published scale is on the long term to-do list.

So... I was planning on reusing the guns (~0.64 BP) I pulled from Yashima for coastal defenses, do they just get abstracted then at that point?

You can scrap them with the ship,
reuse them on a new ship
put them in storage for later
...and that's about it.
