Inca H1/1913

I'm taking over the accounting of the Inca Empire from Kirk. Be sure to keep me in the loop of any deals you guys make with maddox.

This is just a draft of H1/1913, since I need some feedback on a couple of deals. Kirk, Jefgte, can you guys double check your deals? They are in the first page under "Other Expenditures".

That works. Parthia will lay down that amount. At the end the $1 completion bonus can be paid.

I was under the impression Maddox as purchasing some old tech as well, but I do not see that.
I am surprised the Inca aren't using all their research ability, they don't have a lot to start.

IMO, there is no need to post draft reports. Finals only should be posted, deals and such can be verified via PM.

This was a one time case, since I am taking over the Inca reports from Kirk and I wanted maddox the chance to review, since its not possible to send excel spreadsheets via pm. Shouldn't need to do this going forward.
