Maddox's Inca are in the process of negotiating overseas purchases,
in the meantime, they are continuing domestic construction while maintaining their reserves.


Highlights
-Finish 1910 Naval Artillery
- Build 8 x 1911 TBs
- Build 4 x MTB-As
- Finish 2 coastal cutters
- Finish 100m drydock, start 50m
- Build 3 more land points, and 1 Deployments - 41/20 total.
