1894 : 10 Sailing armored Frigates : 10x 3000 : refurbished, re-engined  and rearmed 1909. (I used the Parthian design as a basis)

1899 : 4 Sailing armored Cruisers, Windjammers : 4x 4500 : Refurbished and rearmed 1909.

1902 : 3 protected cruisers : 3x 6000 : refurbished 1910.

1904 : 3 protected cruisers : 3 x 4000 : refurbished 1911 (fire control).

1905 : 24 turbine-powered torpedo boats : 24 x 250

1906 : 2 Coast Defense ships : 2x 6000 : refurbished 1909(fire control)

1911 : 12 turbine-powered torpedo boats : 12x 250
