Refurbishment of the Recaldes to Japanese standards. Main changes are armament from 4x140mm + 4x57mm to 2x6" + 4x2" Gatlings and replacing the torpedoes with alot more mines.  These are now basically minelayers with a secondary colonial gunboat role.
