Happened to hit the "show new posts" and what popped before my eyes was your AC5.
The AC 5 is rather impressive, in no small part because it is very similar- better in some ways- to a ship I was planning for slightly later when my build schedule clears.

I do note that she doesn't seem to have any raised turrets, rather they are all flush, which given you're planning to shoot on the beam and she has the length for it, works.
Also:
"Beam between torpedo bulkheads 90,00 ft / 27,43 m"
This means the TDS system is a total of 4m deep, or 2m each side.
The SS doesn't change the estimated number of torpedoes, but it should matter considering warhead sizes later. You have more than enough beam for a 3 or maybe 4m system each side.

You also may want to add 0.1 to the bow, to get rid of the 'wet forward' note.

Also, Fire Control is 1/10th of the weight of   Armament: 2 032 tons, 6,5 %
so 203 tons, not the 140t

Overall very nice :)
I need to find time to look at peoples designs on a regular basis, but I can't seem to catch up to stuff before more things get added to my 'to do' list !
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

I have noted in my 1910 report 28500t (+90t) for AC5.
So fine adjustments ll'be possible without battle performances reduction.
- Turrets are flush deck, similar disposition than Kostenko BC project  :D
- I increase TDS by 1'' each side...early 122000SHP take much space  :(
- FC is now 203t (125t was an old rule)  :(
- 3" guns take the place of the 0.7'' MG

Ack you posted another couple ship.
Oh well, this reply goes to this ship, I haven't looked at the the next couple. I see they mimic the Parthian Protected Cruisers in size and weaponry.

On this one :

BC : I  don't know what's "right" for ships of this size. To me it seems like the BC is too low.
Worse, the greater the beam exceeds the minimum, the lower the BC can be.
In this case, your beam is about 1.5m greater than comparable 6" gunned sloops.

The beam is only slightly larger than it has to be, so I would want to see the BC 0.5 <  .
Admittedly that isn't based on hard data, but

But the block coefficient, at 0.45 , seems in the destroyer range. After all, our minimum is 0.38, you're 0.07 larger – very little.

2 ) I was concerned about length and the amidships 6" , but after looking at USS Erie, which you are longer than.  I think that's ok. Your midships guns can go where the seaplane is.

3 ) One thing that is a problem is that you didn't adjust your forecastle/stern lengths when you extended your belt.
The overall length is 124.66m  The belt is 110.0m,  or 88%
Your forecastle and stern are 25% & 18% for 43% of the length.
Why this matters is that area is what the armor deck is factored from
So currently only 57% of your ship has a 30mm armor deck, instead of 88%.
It's not going to be a great deal of weight, I estimate 30tons, but should be fixed.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

SC5-152 is not choose for 1911
Admiralty prefer SC5-191 with
3x191 fore & 3x191 aft vs Cruiser
2x120 fore & 2x120 aft vs TB
