Yet another oddball behaviour shown by the present Kaiser, Stefan, is his refusal to accept decorations. His Imperial Majesty explained his eccentric stance by the intriguing statement - "I didn't earn them".
His position is a bit saddening to his fellow Monarchs and other high-ups, as this means that Austrian decorations are not given out either. And these are very pretty ....
NEDS - Not Enough Deck Space for all those guns and torpedos;
Bambi must DIE!
