The own and main task for the Persian Navy Forces  - is to protect the country,s seashore and islands at the mouth of the Persian Gulf.
Tho reach this objective, The Persian Navy Forses will start re-building of its Navy.
At the period 1917 – 1919 The Government will invest about $40 to build ne navy.
Persia should not build any capital ships, all of them will be light forces. The Navy is planned to receive 10 modern big destroyers, 3 Guard Cruisers and about 60 smaller ships.
Most of the ships will be build at the foreign shipyards, so the crews will have practice at the foreign fleets.
All ships, which nowadays serves at the Persian Navy, will be sold or transmitted to merchanters.

I agree w/ Jef and Jason...good idea and starting point. I'd recommend ALOT of minelayers and subs.

Might be a bad idea to get rid of old ships. They still provide numbers, can be used for mining (after a slight refit perhaps) and provide training.

Foreign shipyard might not be available to the required extent - BP is more premium here than I first imagined.
