And now Russia has a large 16k ton 21 knot armored cruiser planned to be laid down in 1902.  My Tsukuba-class might be built after all....

Darman

we can have twin QF deck mounts?

Tanthalas

what he is doing is why buldges were ilegal in N3... his ships dont look nearly as good if you lop off the buldges (actualy most of them are on the verge of capsizing) I know what happend to them OTL and using the Sea Kreig/JJ rules I have shot a few of them up... so I know what happens to them in combat in the Nverse to (9 11" 666 pound snells capsize his most recent ones)

Twin Deck mounts without hoist yes Darman, as to the I's snip why not go with somthing more like this.  Granted its heavier than my BBs and slower, but it mounts a ton more armor and arguabley a better broadside.
