In the interest of simplicity, could we just stick with a flat 1.0 overall hull strength? Maybe give a bonus to those that go the 1.10/1.05/1.00 route? We are already going with SS3 and that's pretty complicated for starters.

Seriously... SS3 is not that hard man, and getting to even a 1.20 isnt to bad (although im all infavor of droping it to a 1.10)
