Yeah I made my offer a while back as well... its just that these pain meds have got me all amped up and feeling goofy! if anyone needs to make a deal, now would be the time!  ;)

I suspect if you asked the Dutch lately, they might disagree. Nonetheless, it seems shortsighted for the Swiss to just assume, rather than try to make an offer. After all, what have they got to lose?

Well the timing is just pretty bad. The Swiss are still upset over Masirah, and I just lost a bunch of cash cause I got some ships stolen. Unless the Ottomans are willing to take tech in exchange... I don't have much to offer.
