Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform

100 mm end =protection

The 100 mm end armor is for Ice-breaking and protection in the Greenland area.
Intention is to build 3 to 5 vessels in the coming years under mercantile rules

maddox

I'm afraid it won't work.  Mercantile rules state that armament and armor cannot exceed 2%.
