Today a treaty between the PESN and the Baltic League was signed.
King Gustav wishes that this treat will be away for all people living under the two respective govement to live in peace and prosperity.

The treat is away to show our solidarity with the people of PESN.

PS PESN is the new name of spain.

To be honest, it seems like an alliance based on factors outside of the sim itself.

If Spain truly is going red, I expect world reaction to be akin to historical: utter horror amongst the world's monarchies and democracies.

Not at all...but that's not what I was getting at.

It seemed to me that the alliance was based on the friendship between yourself and Marek, rather than the result of in-game actions, is all. I don't intend that as a criticism, but you did ask what we thought of it.

I do have a few questions about this, but I hope our 2 players will resolve them.

On the other hand, France isn't pleased....

Current events, French parliament ,- full election fever.

Premier Jardan at the pedestal.

Gentlemen, we do have mayor trouble. Before you start shouting your personal, departemental or party grievances, YOU will listen.

First of all, the war in the pacific is a disaster,in more than one way. I myself suffered from depridations starting there. If we do not end this, our economy will suffer.

Second, Brazil. If we do not reinforce our army presence our guests there will introduce us to a new war. If we would allow Brazil to go independently, we lose our resources to keep our great French republic fed and pleased.

Third, our Habsburger neighbors are losing their colony. We cannot interfere, the only thing we can try is to get the official transaction as swift and painless as possible. Even if we need to give up a piece of our own, less important colony. I do not like this option, but the peace in Europe is more important than some petty squable in Africa.

Malta, the next piece of shit in being. After all our help we gave them, more and more resentment about our interference is heard. We can be sure they will opt for independence, and then I see the ACM, with their "mastermind" going for it. Again making war in Europe possible.

And to top it off. The Baltic league. After a year of Silence, closed down borders and no trade whatsoever, they succeeded in revice their fleet and armies, get a new king, modernize their industry , and ally themselfs with that madman on our southern border. This alliance has support from the Russians, not as binding as the treaty of Versailles, but still a strong way to tell us " don't even think about "it""

I want your options. Thanks for listening.

The word on the streets is that the poeple of the Baltic League are demanding some changes on the government level. They are mad that the country is focused on the arms race.
But we must wait for the King's decision obout that..

The rumor is ,that the Baltic League is going communism...

"Politics..."Spat Marquez"All the world problems come from them"
He was standing on the brige of Palayo.behing him in tight formation sailed what remaind of the armada. It still was a large force but nothing comered to what it was.
6 BB of 3 classes and 10 cruisers. All ships that were able to set sail as orderd.
This jurney was a political afair.
QUOTE

Offitial order to all naval units of the armada.

All armada assets are to sail to friendly ports of Baltic League.
No armada assets are to open fire at any ships.
If attacked are to attemt to disengage.

That order in reality sead run and hide.
That was not an uplifting tought.A victorios navy running away.
However Marquez undersude the order king didnt want his fleet to get in a furball with the franch.
Soon they will return with Baltic backing.
The port of Bergen was just over the horizon
