Please forgive any gaps, this is a work in progress.  any comments are welcome, preferably in PM or in mailbox.  

Just some notes for myself and for others who may be interested.  One field kitchen feeds roughly 100 men.  There are 25 Field Kitchen units per Brigade (5,000 men) with 2 actual mobile field kitchens per Field Kitchen unit.

I was over ambitious when I started this project so I'm going to restart on a less grand scale.  (no time with a research project for school.)
