Just what it says on the tin: I'm using 4.9 BP for 1919H2 and predicting 5.5BP for 1920H1. Might as well hire the remaining 4.5 Build Points out. New Swiss and DKB need not apply, all others taken at cost or best offer; Tech concessions will be counted as equal to the full price of developing them independently to the 60% roll mark.

Ships can be built to Maori standards or buyer specifications; technical limitations for the former are here; the latter may require shipped components or tech transfer.

Will Maoria include military cash for constructon purposes? Or just the BP?

The reason the BP are available is that my military budget is taken up with other things - refits and army upgrades. So building anything in those factories would require money from overseas, yes. I could probably put off the upgrades given sufficient tech-incentive, but I'd also prioritize the offers that don't disrupt my own projects.

Gran Colombia will present an opening offer of $3 Civilian per BP in 1/20. This would be in addition to necessary cash costs of military construction - while I can't interpret your tech table successfully, you can no doubt produce sloops and auxiliaries for me.

Regretably, I lack the cash necessary to make use of any additional BP in 2/19.

The RRC will offer $3 civilian per BP for both 2/19 and 1/20. This is in addition to the required military costs.

We only want more of our 200TB set. Requires no additional technology.
