The government announcement has lead to a large number of spontaneous celebrations. Even the Middle Kingdom didn't get any notice from them, and a lot of MK ex-pats are living in California.

No, I didn't realize it... but, uhm... well... maybe times change.
I just haven't gotten around to that story yet. ;)

OoC: I was made aware of no alliances, due payments, etc from the CSA to the RRC. As a result, I did not consider it in any of my plans for the future of the CSA. No payments were made to the RRC in the 1/1919 budget, and none will be made in the 2/1919 budget as it is already mostly complete and no room for them exists.

The CSA could have send the message to the MK and the RRC and told NZ that they did so in order to put more pressure on them. After all, the MK and the RRC don't really like NS and they'd probably dislike the fact that NZ is dealing with NS.

The CSA will soon be sending 'unofficial' messages to powers in Asia, including Siam.
They won't be copies of an imploring message form a Rabbi to his fellows, though- they will probably read more like instruction manuals or ultimatums, depending on the recipients.
