2 - Lev Skrbenský z H?íšt?, Archbishop of Prague
3 - # János Csernoch, Archbishop of Esztergom
these are OTL

4 - Andrey Sheptytsky, Metrpolitan Archbishop of Lviv (Uniate)*
An OTL figure and at this post in this period. Never a Cardinal in OTL. His appointment in 1917 on request of the Kaiser grandly pissed off the Poles and the Orthodox Churches.

I was using Cardinal Franz von Bettinger who would be from Regensburg, and Cardinal Jakobus von Stammler of Luzerne. 
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,

I will have the Pope Promote him in a story soon and I believe I have to announce a few death... good lord I forgot how many old men are Cardinals in 4 years since the last Papal Election the turn over has been extreme.... :'(

How about Durban instead? Or two cardinals(unlikely at this time though)? It's more in the core area of the OR and Loanda seems to have bee an exceptionally small town at this time in OTL.

I picked the largest town I could see on a map of Angola.   In Navalism up until 1905/06 this territory belonged to Portugal not yet a part of the Iberian Empire.  The Orange government persuaded its governor to revolt against the Portugese crown durring the time of troubles and become part of the Orange Republic.

As the state religion of Portugal was Catholicism I figured it would be the largest concentration of Catholics in the Orange Republic.  Besides which I figured most of the Catholics wanted to be far away from the center of the Orange Republic until recently.

I will look up you OTL Character and consider him I have to write some stories soon having the Pope Appoint these people Cardinals.
