Have addrest the People of the Empire of Spain in his inauguration speech.
"For to long have Oure Great kingdom have sit on the side lines of world affeirs
We have to boudly go to the international playground...Spain will one again the world power to be recond with we well bild a Kingdom that will stand the test of time let oure enemy tremble with fear let no power bear to stand in oure way cose we will win true no matter the cost.Let eavry corner of the world know that Spain hase Avaken"

The king Juan III in his first royal order send diplomatic envoys to all the world powers of the foloving with a letter of the foloving text"The King Juan III of Spain wishes to inform Your Majesty/Excelency that he vishes to reastablish diplomatic relationship betwin Oure two nation he also wishes that any wrong doing that in the past accured betwin Oure Two nation is forgot by The Kings part and that the king hopes that Oure Majesty/Excelency will for get any wrong doings by Spains part."


OCC:Im Besicly sayning that Spain hase a new player and that I wish to forget all the wars and conflicts that have hapand in the past.
