Locomotives below are those that are currently used by the Imperial Railroads.

I made use of the 1928 rule of Japan Railways locomotive numbering and classification... because it is a lot simpler than the whole numbering business of the 1909 rule which would require a lot of guesswork.

Since it is 10 years earlier than historic, the e-loc speed would be lower than historic (probably 70-75)
