Baltic Confederation - Neutral. Friend of a friend

Bavaria - Neutral. Also the friend of a friend, though it's hard to trust Papists.

Bharat - Neutral to poor. Little to no contact, but recent chaotic events on the sub-continent have the Ottomans weary.

Burma - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Confederate States of America - Neutral. Little to know contact, but we like the Confederate battleships we bought second hand.

Deutche Kaiserreich Brandenburg - Neutral. Not much contact.

Egypt - Good. Our Muslim neighbor to the West.

Firanj - Poor. Run by a madman...

France - Neutral.

Gran Columbia - Poor. Allied with those who seek to bring about the end of the Empire.

Habsburg Kaiserreich - Nonexistent. Need you ask why?

Indochina - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Italy - Very poor. Enemies of some of our friends. Papists. Covert supporters of our enemies.

Japan - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Liberia - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Maoria - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Mexico - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Middle Kingdom - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Mughal Empire - Neutral to good. Occasional officer exchanges have brought more familiarity between the two empires, and both are followers of the Prophet.

Naciones Unidas de Suramérica - Poor. Allied with the Empires enemies and Papists.

Netherlands - Good. A friend and trading partner.

New Switzerland - Neutral. At least they appear to be businessmen.

New Zion - Good. Has spoken in support of the Empire in the past.

Nigeria - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Orange - Good. Has spoken in support of the Empire in the past.

Persia - Neutral. Our Shiite neighbors to the East are not openly hostile, and that counts for something.

Reformist Republic of China - Neutral. Again upstanding business practices win Ottoman favor.

Rohan - Neutral. Little to no contact.

Romania - Neutral. Their refusal to grant the Habsburgers transit across their territory in 1912 is not forgotten however.

Russia - Neutral to poor. We know that they support the cause of Armenian rebels, and fear that they might ally themselves with those that mean to bring about destruction to the Empire.

Siam - Neutral. little to no contact. The Empire did not support the Dutch in their war on Siam.

Ukraine - Neutral. Little to no contact.

United Norman Kingdom - Neutral. Recent overtures to the Normans have been rebuffed.
