France regrets that Our estemeed neigbors feel treathened by our troop movement. We can assure you that non of these movements is meant to disturb, treathen or damage The Netherlands.

The reason of the full mobilisation hasn't anything to do with The Netherlands, and a full explanation will follow in the hands of an envoy.

Rohan hopes the situation will not get out of hand outside French borders. The Marshal of the Eastern Seas would not like to have to deploy his battleships and cruisers to South America so soon after the end on a long and hard war. Armied forces in the former war zone are in the process of reorginizing for their new tasks. The newly renamed Army of New Rhun will be on alert should problems start in the French held Canal Zone.

King Harold VII of the UKA is concerned about the large scale buildup of French forces across the Globe. He wishes for assurance that the UKA will not be affected by any war that may occur between France and another nation. Commander Povey doesn't wish to have to deploy the Frigate Troutbridge to Escort duty to ensure the safety of UKA and other freindly shipping.

OOC; If troutbridge is deployed she'll probably just ram everything in sight!!!

Nobody else wants that ship deployed to escort duties, either. The only ships she won't ram are the enemy ones.

That is horribly true, but Povey will never get rid of them, I'll have to just make them redundant, but that isn't going to happen at the moment
