IC: The companies are pleased with their orders and assure their hosts that they will make deliveries in a timely manner.  The Trade ministry ensures contracts are made with translators and RRC engineers (probably tapping any currently visiting Trieste to examine MTBs) to ensure instruction plaques are easily understandable by RRC farmers.
