We would like to thank the French for their assistance in the salvage of the Prinz Frederik, but the Royal Navy is quite capable of preforming the operation without their help. The Prinz Frederik is the property of the Dutch government as is the cargo. We request the French government desist from its efforts to seize the cargo. The salvage will be dificult enough with out the interferrence outsiders.
