The Reformist Republic of China has signed and agreed on the following Treaties and Agreements:

- 1st Batavia Treaty - with Burma (Cease War, Railroad, Citizen Rights)

- 1st Treaty of Macau - with Romania (Friendliness, Trade, Cooperation)

- Indochina Agreement: - Mutual Aid, Friendship, Military Alliance - Broken by the Indochinese, rendered invalid

- Firanji Agreement: - Increased Communication, Friendliness

- Middle Kingdom Agreement: -  Non-Aggression - Rendered Invalid from excess military buildup in the Middle Kingdom

- Treaty of Shanghai - with Confederate States of America (Shanghai rebuilt by Confederates, Shanghai is cantonment of CSA, can collect taxes in Shanghai, returns some to RRC, RRC gradually returns value of investment)

- Richmond Naval Treaty - signed multilaterally (will not build ships over 40,000 tons in displacement)

- 1st Treaty of Guangzhou - with Japan (Non-Aggression, Benevolent Neutrality in War and Cease-Communications with Attacker)

- Treaty of Cat Ba Island - with Deutsche Kaiserreich Brandenburg (Non-Aggression, Wuhan Repayment, Benevolent Neutrality in War and Cease-Communications with Attackers - if Dutch or Swiss)

The Reformist Republic of China has declined to sign the following Treaties and Agreements:
