Looking through some old records, I found that the Habsburgs had spent $26 and 2.5 BP to build Romania a port at Burgas. If there are no objects, I am going to say that there is a Type 1 Port there with 2 Type 0 Drydocks and 1 Type 0 Slip.

I hope Borys will speak up here on intent, but my understanding of that work was that the lion's share of the resources were spent on the rail line itself, and the rest on a purely civilian port at Burgas. In other words, this was an all (or at least most) civilian budget affair. Also, IIRC, there wasn't any BP used there.

But if Borys doesn't speak up, I guess I'll have to dive back into sim reports to figure this out. This will make me, in the words of my two-year old, "daddy-crabby", which is apparently a special form of crabbiness.

Just to make this simpler for you, look up "Rumania", and under user, put Borys.

Guiness is correct. The BP was for the RR and Danube bridge, and expansion of the commercial Burgas port. However, as TC is creating his "Romania", IMO he can claim Burgas to possess such facilities. Very reasonable IMO.
I'd cheerfully accept Type 1 docks and slips, BTW.
