Most of those could be provided, just let me know the details of what you want.

You can never have enough techs waiting in line. :)
If you cannot research it this half year, you can research it next half year. If you cannot research it next half year, you can research it next year. If you can't do it next year, you can do it the year after that. The only problem with so many nice techs is which ones should get priority.
