CSA : good

Firanj : very poor ; you really need a reason ?

France : neutral ; they have Suez, but they have too many ships with many weapons inside

Gran Columbia : good ; and our relations will still improve

Italy : friendly but to watch ; they have many war camels

New Zion : neutral ; our country is too weak to engage another war ; but we must watch of New Zion

Ottoman : fair ;  former tyrant of Egypt, but Weakened after his defeat against Austria

Persia : neutral ; medium power in the in the Middle East

Peru : friendly ; far far away but nice people, good friends of Gran Colombia ; potential salesmen of weapons

Romania : neutral ; on the Black Sea but could go out of it

Other countries : no contact for the moment
