 Redislocation.
October 1st, Vladivostok

The second maneuring group under command of Kontr Admiral Reintsenshtein had been redislocated into Port Arthur for observation of maneurus of New Switzerland Navy.
The observation will be led from high distance with the help of range-finders of Strude and binoculars.

Russian people strikes for more salaries and less work
St Peterburg
A Giant strike had been shaked Russia last three months: workers of the most cities and towns left their workplaces and strike for higher salaries and less workday.
They were have been succeeded. Untill the 1st of November All plants has 2 parts of workers, which work for 8 hours: the first part from 6 AM till 14PM and the 2nd part from 13PM till 21PM


Putilov has bought 3 factories in Vladivostok
the famous russian plantowner has bought 3 more plants in Vladivostok. I'll build an empire of steel and Mashinary in Russia - he said to our editor.

Russia keeps neuthrality
St. Petersburg ,12th of December
The Russian Empire Authorities announces that The Russian Empire will not act at the Rohan-Anahuac war and will stay neuthral in this conflict. But every ship of that powers, which came to the Russian ports will be arrested and interned until the war will stopped. This rule does not applies to ships of the expostulated powers which came in to St. Petersburg with delegations to take part in The Russian Tsar Throne asssumation.

Michail the Second will officially assume the Throne
St. Petersburg, 29 of December
The inaguration ceremony of the Tsar of All Russians Michail the Second will be held on 7th of January in Moscow.
The Ministry of the foreign affairs Graf Muraviev welcomes foreign delegations to visit Moscow and the official residence of Russian Emperors – Tsarskoye Selo and take part at the ceremony. This is the most important ceremony in Russia.
The delegates should inform Russian Ministry of foreign affairs about their visit.

Rohan will not attend the corination of the new Czar, as Our vessels cannot arrive in St. Petersberg in anything less then two months, and our vessels will be detained if we send a vessel to Port Arthur where our people could arrive in time.
