Raider Warning
Unknown Warship, light Cruiser/Destroyer type, observed approximately 250 Nm North of Chuvosa heading north to east. Contact lost in rainsquall, but due to low bunkerage pursuit not repeat not possible, will obtain pursuit after recoiling at Chuvosa.Navy stations in both Guinea and Bermuda alerted .

Last bit for anyone sending hunters out...  I would request besides a list of ships; when and were they are comming from a few lines to describe rules of engagement.  In particular I would like a clear statement your intention is to FIND and SINK the suspected raiders.  I would point out only France is formally at war with Bharat.

Firstly :The telegram was sent coded by undersea cable to Flensborg and forwarded ,again by undersea cable, to Bermuda and Guinea.
Secondly:I have only reported the presence of an UNIDENTIFIED,repeat,UNIDENTIFIED warship which could not be followed due to the bunkerage situation(Arriving from Bermuda)and for that matter it can be a warship from either an South-
american country or even perhaps a Orange ship.
Thirdly is this also a message to said warship;Picka-boo-I've seen you ;)

DO NOT repeat DO NOT pursue unknown warship, after recoiling resume to ordinary triangular patrol pattern (Bermuda-Chuvosa-Guinea),if unknown warship is spotted, interfere only if neutral shipping is attacked, await further orders
