Greetings All,

I am curious as to the date that we can begin research on 1918 Aircraft.

In the current rules, it says 1918. I think I saw 1917 there not to long ago. As Russia I was waiting on 1917.

And I noticed that my old chart for UNK had 1915, and so do many other charts. I can't remember whose I based mine on or if I screwed it up, then people copied mine.

I think Italy has begun researching it in Reports.

Anyhow a ruling on this would be nice.

QuoteThe 1915 tech is deferred to 1917; 1920 is pushed back to 1921.
... so Aircraft tech should look like this (as I put it in my tech thread):
QuoteBaseline: None, perhaps a few private experimenters with gliders
1902 Advanced: Primitive flying machines: Wright Flyer, Langly Aerodrome etc. 1906 historical year
1906 Cutting Edge: Historical 1910 aircraft level
1910: historical 1914 aircrafts
1913: historical 1916 aircrafts
1917: historical 1918 aircrafts (wireless possible in multi-engine types)
1921: historical 1922 aircrafts (wireless possible in single-engine types)
and not

I know for certain that the tech was pushed at frist to 1917, and then to 1918 as far as I can tell (not certain if it was intentional).
The 1915 year was prior to the change, so occur in older reports.

It's 1917 and 1921.  References to 1918 would be a goof on my part.
