The UNK really has no concern with the Franj, but has no real interest in them either.
We are somewhat torn between the Italian dislike for them and the possibility of increased relations with France.. and have no real intent of making a decision at the moment.

The only reason I wouldn't go that far is they are either a 'friend of a friend' or 'the enemy of my ally.' Neither is much of a reason for me to have dealings with Franj, but either could be a reason to have an opinion.
