The Deutsches Kaiserreich Brandenburg hereby claims the following region of the continent of Australia:

East of a line from where 140° East meets the coast of the Gulf of Carpentaria south to 25° South then east to the northwesternmost point of the New Swiss colony in the southeastern part of the continent; also, the Wellesley Islands in the Gulf of Carpentaria and the Coral Sea Islands.

A name and governor for the new territory wil be announced at a later date.
