Rules-question about population

I'll be brief...how is pop growth calculated?...working on my H1/15 report, and don't know how many NUS-sians are in N-verse compared with H2/14 ;)

2% is the default, every two years.  NUS' population would only change at 1/14 and now, 1/16.

Unless anything else is said, it is 2% every other year, so growt happen between 1913/2 and 1914/1, and then between 1915/2 and 1916/1 (so the income for more pop is active from 1/1916)
