If I understand right,
ICE is gone, and so Bavaria has the 1914 MTB tech.

We will trade said tech for any 1910 or later tech we lack, or 2 pre 1910 techs we lack.
We will trade with any nation that recognizes us.


We do not want to tie up slipways building MTBs, and so will not be offering them for export.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
