Old-timers from this sim or Wesworld may recall RAM as WW's original Iberian player and this sim's original Spanish player.  Keeping with the theme, he's going to take over NUS.

As an aside, we had allocated NUS to Valjean but he's been unable to participate to date.  Should this change, we'll work with him to find a new nation for him.

Hello everyone, too. As Rocky said, I'll be in charge of the NUS. As such I am collecting all the info I may need to get into role ASAP. As part of that, I ask all those who had any kind of secret deals/agreements/talks with the NUS, to PM me and tell me about it.
