I'm the player for the CSA (largely the states that constituted the historical Confederate States, plus the northern states of Mexico, and the most southerly states of the US southwest).

The CSA has only limited official relations with the Ottomans, mostly due to an overt anti-Islamic policy in the past. However, the Ottoman Empire did end up with a pair of ex-CSA predreadnoughts right at the beginning of the recent war with the crusader nations (Habsburg Austria and Iberia), and I expect that we have provided certain technical assistance in a quiet way related to these, in exchange for the opportunity to study their battle damage, etc.

Hello and welcome. I have been the Ottoman care taker and my nation (Iberia) is one of the nations out to get them... ;) In brief Iberia and the Hapsburg empire set off a revolt in Greece in 1912 this led to the "Balkan War" or known by most as the "Crusades." The result was very damaging for the Ottoman Empire with the creation of Greece and the 1912 Treaty of Paris http://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=2641.0

The Ottomans are upto date as of the end of 1915.

Bavaria was neutral in the war, but has been quite keen on the rebirth of Greece for a number of reasons, including Lugwig's view of it as the cradle of western civilization. The Ottoman are viewed as an oppresive muslim state and we have little to do with them beyond whatever trade occurs.

New player nations friendly to Orange are most welcome.
Orange was the only major power that provided open support (as in weapons and ammo) to the Ottoman war effort.

Since every nation is subject to the Middle Kingdom anyway the Emperor sees no problems with the Ottoman Empire finally starting to pay its tributes.
When can we expect them ?
