France will charter the floating Palace Mercury from the UNK for this meeting at the Suez Canal, as premier Galpoux is also very interested in meeting his Gran Colombian counterpart.

Snigger along Gran Colombia, the French torpedo magnet is again in repair, and even better, refit and upgrade.... Le Magnificent will ride the waves again. Torpedo'd twice.... And still economical repairable.
