I'm trying to get my spreadsheets edited to take into account the way that I entered my ships in the 'Navy Upkeep' tab.

How would I set up the 'I' column to display the upkeep on a CLASS of ship instead of a SINGLE ship? Is there an easier way than sitting there and changing every 'E' in the function in each row to an 'F,' or is there an easier way to edit them all at one time. I have 4 reports that are held up because of this.

Thanks

My spreadsheet has Column 'B' titled COUNT (which I use as number in class).  Column 'F' is titled TOTAL and the forumula for COUNT is Column 'E' * Column 'B'; this gives me total cost for units of that class.  Column 'I' does its math off of the value from Column 'F'.  I have no idea if this is a change I made or from P3D's base spreedsheet.

Was a change you made, apparently, because the base SS made the calculation off Column E.

Luckily I found the 'Fill Down' command... and that made getting the budgets done easy.
