You could always add Maoria to NS, then take over UNK. (I encourage everyone to take over UNK as we realy need a experianced UNK player)

UNK, Firanj, NUS, Ottomania, Mughal - all would seem to be open.

Just a warning on Franji though, im in the middle of my Franji storyline.  Also they are about as limited as Maoria.  If you are looking for a new Country I would say UNK was proly your best bet.

I have heard nothing from Valjean since before Christmas, so I'd defineately say NUS is open. It's rather limited by low BP, but if you're interested I can e-mail you all the stuff I have in a zip folder. Ships, SS files, HY reports, old stories, etc..

Well, the big reasons I'm so interested in Bharat are, one, they're not yet more Christian White Dudes, and two, they're militarily a blank slate, so I can set up everything according to the way I want it. I munged up that opportunity with Maoria, so a second chance looks pretty good. I'd be happy to try to talk to and coordinate with those who have plans of some sort in the subcontinent already, though I won't guarantee that everything'll go as they'd hoped.

Same here, I never met an Aussie or Guamanian that didnt have a killer tan. Not to mention my laarge amount of Brown and Yellow people, who may or may not be Christian.

True you could take over Ottomans, while somewhat started they offer a rather blank slate since 1912.
